What kind of information will I need to provide the investigator?

It’s important to provide your dedicated investigator with as much information as possible. The more you provide, the quicker and easier they’ll be able to complete the job. Full names, previous or current employers, social security number, date of birth, relative information and previous residences can all be very helpful during a locate investigation. Our investigators will work with you to help you recover any information you may have on the subject.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Peace of Mind Investigations accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as checks or money orders. If you are paying by credit card, you’ll receive an authorization form that will need to be signed and returned prior to work starting on the investigation.

How much can I expect to pay for my service?

While it’s difficult to provide an estimate without specific details, some pricing information can be found here on our website. Please call us for a consultation so that we can get you a full price quote and timeline estimate.

What is the turnaround time I can expect for my case?

While it’s common for our clients to ask this question, and we’re happy to provide a detailed timeline, we’ll need more information on the specifics of your request before we can provide an estimate. Please note, however, that we are happy to expedite your job for an additional rush fee.

Are your investigators licensed?

Yes! All of our private investigators are licensed and possess years of experience in the field. When you work with Peace of Mind Investigations, you can be certain that you’re working with a PI that will complete your job in a discrete, efficient, and professional manner.
